I just arrive in the philippines last April 27. I took a month break from going to the gym after I finished my 2nd month. Now, in just a week, I will be finishing my 3rd month!

I was not able to control my diet in the first few weeks. I could not help it because I missed everything about pork! Anyway, I started again going to the gym last May 6 for 5 days a week. Yesterday, I changed my meal routine. Oatmeal and egg for breakfast, a couple of snacks throughout the day and 1 full meal at night. Let's see how it goes.
I weight 78.0 kilos now, at least It didn't go up after all the large meals i took this month. I will drive myself into getting my body goal from now on.
I downloaded several workout apps just now. I'm going to check if there are any better workout apps compared to what I've been using since I started.
