Workout Legacy

I may have not post for a while, but my legacy continues.






It's funny that before I started working out, I thought it will only take about 6 months to get 6 abs out. I was not informed it could take a year or forever depending on how you work it out.... Sad story, nonetheless, you will continue the fight for the #bodygoal.

I discovered that I can actually use my bike to go to the gym as my warm up activity! It about 2 kilometers away so it's a good option instead of riding the jeep. I don't know who is hotter on the highway, the bike or me? I will assume that It's me though hahaha. Damn I look hot!

I started using Jefit App which is quite better than the previous apps I have used. It got timers, progress photos, workout charts and newsfeeds that other users post. I get to see the progress concerning the weight of the bars that I am lifting. So far, I am still experimenting the workout plan the really works for me.

I changed my workout plan the other day. My new workout plan focuses on one body part per day. Example - For the chest, I did 7 exercises, 4 sets each, 20 repetitions with 90 seconds rest. I could not reach 20 reps on some exercises. The number of exercises varies on each part. Anyway, I spent 2 hours to finish the activity. I'd say that this is much better compared to my previous workout plan that only takes around an hour to finish.

I am still kind of busy in the past few days, but I will make sure to make a big come back tomorrow. hahaha!
